We had our daughters newborn photos taken in February. It is now July 29th and we still have not gotten the album! Not only is she ridiculously expensive but she has HORRIBLE customer service. I can not even count the number of inquiries I have made and not gotten any response. She will not tell me why it has taken 6 months. We spent close to $2000 and all we have to show for it is a CD (which you can't even use the pictures from....she gives you a movie of the photos so you can't share or print them), and about 6 photos (which weren't even edited). She's being turned into the BBB (which I just noticed she's been turned into before). I strongly suggest you find another studio for maternity/baby photos. We went to Sears for our daughters 6 month photos, spent under $200, got a CD with all the pics (and we can share/print them), tons of photo sheets, and we will have them within one week. The only thing she has done to try to remedy the situation is to give me another CD with my photos on it....but she didn't put many of the baby on it AND she didn't send a release form so I can't do anything with the CD anyway. If nothing else I just hope this review saves someone else time, energy and loads of cash!
