Described as one of the most elegant in the Mount Washington Valley, only the finest silverware, linens, flatware and glasses are used. Chef Brian Gazda has extensively researched New England food products to find the finest and freshest ingredients, producing a wide range of delicious tastes, with care and attention to detail and presentation. He will be happy to comply with any dietary or vegetarian requests. The appropriate dress attire is suggested as elegant casual. Jackets are not required for evening dining. However, denim jeans, t-shirts, and the like are not considered appropriate.
