This is by far the best vegetarian restaurant within 100 miles. Tremendous variety of main dinner courses, soups, salads, deserts, and luncheon offerings served cafeteria style Monday though Friday from 11:30am to 3pm. Mostly if not all organic, including bread and other bakery items to take out. Ambiance exudes peace, good will, good health. Magnificent brunch on Sundays 10am-3pm.
