A nine-day festival that includes the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts' Spring Victorian Festival, Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cape May's Tulip and Garden Festival, a 19th-century dance workshop and ball, a Victorian murder mystery dinner, outdoor crafts, an antiques and collectibles show, tennis tournaments, glassblowing demonstrations on the lawn of the 1879 Emlen Physick Estate, and a brass band concert.
