Named for the ornately feathered bird native to the Northern Atlantic Coast, this Dutch Colonial Revival home is like a step back in time, as one enters the chestnut trimmed entrance foyer; there are four beautifully appointed guest suites, all with period antiques, fully equipped kitchenetts, and private baths with showers, and guests may enjoy relaxing on the inviting wraparound porch, as well as a patio garden dining area with a gas grill in the back courtyard. The Puffin is located in the heart of the Historic District, just 1/2 block to the beach and 1/2 block to the Washington Street Pedestrian Mall and the many fine shops and restaurants of Cape May.
