Were supposed to pick us up at Newark Airport 9:30PM, flight was ~30 min. late. Turned cell phone on when landed but they never called. We called them, told to call when we had luggage. When we called back was told driver was outside waiting (10:25PM). Went outside, no driver, called after 10 min. & was told driver was 5 min. away, police prevented him from entering as airport was "closed" to taxis (never heard that one before). Called at 11PM, irritated since it was very cold and we (wife and young children) had been traveling for 12 hours, and asked where the driver was. Dispatcher now told me to go inside and wait 15 more min. Over next hour was lied to a number of times. Too stupid to tell the driver their lies, when he finally arrived at 12:05AM I asked where he had been, was in Parsippany on way home when they called ~11:15 asking if he could make one more pick up before going home.
