Operated by folks who left the big cities of California, The Sugar Nymphs excel in all areas. Slow food, local, organic, and delicious. Hearty and wholesome meals capped off with freshly made desserts and homemade whipped cream. Sugar Nymphs is located in Penasco about 45 minutes South of Taos. Truly a case of being located in the middle of nowhere on a map. However, if you find yourself driving the Highroad between Taos and Santa Fe, do not skip this restaurant.
