I purchased a Black Hills Gold Ring, Earrings and Necklace at Jewelry House. I asked the saleswoman if the items were 14k gold. She said yes. Later I looked for the 14K mark on the items and could not find it. I researched it on the Internet and found out Black Hill Gold is 10K or 12K.

When I called the store and spoke to the woman who sold me the Jewelry, she refused to identify herself. She said, "You get what you pay for" and hung up on me.
