This complex is not for families at all. Management every year is making things worse, they do not like to see children have fun. Every year they will turn the sprinklers on and this year they are not turning the sprinklers on cause they don't want to. some people dont have air conditioning since you also have to pay extra for it. Its great to get under the sprinklers in hot weather its also fun for kids and gives them something to do in their neighborhood. With this economy people don't have money to spend outdoors so having the kids play in the sprinklers in their neighborhood keeps them cool and enjoying the summer and gives them something productive to do. It feels like they taking everything away from tenants.
