Baked fresh, by hand, on a daily basis, pies at Four & Twenty Blackbirds are available whole or by the slice. Seasonal selections include apple, peach cherry, mint chocolate, buttermilk chess, lavender blueberry, pumpkin, lemon chess, pear ginger, grapefruit custard, salted caramel apple and chocolate. Whole pies are made to order and two days notice is needed. Seasonal, fresh, house-made breakfast items and Irving Farm direct trade and organic coffee, farm roasted in upstate New York; are also served.
