Opened Wednesday through Monday at 5 p.m. for dinner, Wei Fun features a menu that includes such selections as crispy shrimp with sesame-hoisin sauce, beef tataki with garlic, scallions and tosa-zu, vegetable fried rice with eggs, soy beans, pea shoots and onion, home-style bean curd with pork, black beans and chilies, steamed salmon with asparagus, black beans, chilies and cilantro, and lemon chicken with asparagus and water chestnuts.
