Kutsher's features several different room styles. Marquis rooms are lavishly furnished and include a queen-size sofa bed, individual climate control, refrigerators, TV, and two vanities in the private bath. Tower rooms are equipped with individual climate control, remote control television, and private bath with two vanities. The 600 Section is centrally located over the main building. Each room has central air-conditioning, private bath, single and double bed, and remote control TV.
