This classic Adirondack eatery is named for its knotty pine interior. The menu features prime rib and steaks cut to order, a variety of veal and chicken dishes, lamb chops, cold water lobster tails, Alaskan King crab legs, shrimp and scallops. They are closed on Mondays.
