I have had a terrible time with Wilson's Appliance in that they have set up appointments with me on two separate occasions and have not yet kept an appointment. I get the same lame excuses as to why they didn't keep the appointments, always some-
one else's fault and the person at fault is always off on that day. I took two days off from work, drove over 400 miles to keep the appointments and they did not even call me to tell me they weren't coming. I had to call them. All the time and gas money and they still didn't keep their appointment.
I am very frustrated with their customer service.
When you make an appointment, keep the appointment.

The shame in Deans email above is that Wilsons has been serving the north country for many many years. They are more reliable than any of the big box stores and really stand behind the product they sell. I have never been more happy to deal with any retailer. My business was appreciated and the product was great. The price was better than Sears and he delivered the SAME DAY!!!!
