Designed by Alexander Jackson Davis and considered to be one of America's finest Gothic Revival mansions, Lyndhurst is a National Historic Landmark which overlooks the Hudson River. The grounds, designed by Ferdinand Mangold, are an outstanding example of 19th century landscape design. It is open for self-guided and guided tours.
