Cascata Winery "embodies the fusion of art and wine in a quaint boutique setting." Available wines include dry and semi-dry Vinifera, dry and semi-dry French-American Hybrids, and sweet Labrusca. A majority of the wine labels are an original painting by award-winning artist Coralee, founding professor and resident artist. Special artist workshops led by Coralee are offered. Cascata Winery's wine tasting room, Art by Coralee Gallery, gift shop, and the Professors' Inn are located in a 19th century home that is surrounded by gardens, ancient trees, a fishpond and an expansive lawn.
