Byrdcliffe Art Colony is a historic 1903 National Register Site that is a haven for dance, theatre, music and a home for today's artists. It is open for self-guided tours sunrise to sunset. Call for the guided tour schedule. Byrdcliffe brought the first artists to Woodstock in 1903; they have never stopped coming since then.
