Anchored by the 1880s John Wright Mansion, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this complex also contains a multitude of other historic structures such as the Detterman Church, a log structure from 1848, the Merry Schoolhouse which was built in the 1860s and in use until the 1930, the 1836 Lyme Historic Church, and many more historic structures that provide windows into the past.
