My wife & I dined there 7-3-10. We are in town from Tenn. 2X/year. We usually dine there 1-2X per visit. Last night the food was good as usual. To my dismay, I looked down on the carpeted floor. This floor has not been cleaned in at least a year - YUK! The men's room - as usual for the past 5 years is filthy and in need of major renovations. Not a pleasant experience.
Their other restaurant, Theo's Restaurant, is a lot cleaner. Not wonderful but manageable.
Forum - Clean It Up!!

I never had a bad time at the Forum. Food has always been excellent. It's not a new restaurant so I would guess the carpet is well used. I've never been bored enough to look at it however. The men's room has always been clean when I was there. Plenty of hot water, soap and paper towels. Keep up the good work!!
