The United States' second oldest amusement park, Cedar Point is home to 75 rides, including eight thrill rides, 17 roller coasters, three water rides, five spinning rides and three authentic operating carousels. Cedar Point's 18-acre Soak City features 14 body, raft and tube slides, a half-million gallon wave pool, two children's areas and the multi-story play area of Splash Zone. 40 quick service locations, 11 full-service restaurants and 86 specialty carts and wagons are found throughout the amusement park. Visitors can also enjoy live entertainment. Challenge Park features the thrilling Skyscraper, where riders are upside down 160 feet above the ground; the RipCord™ Skycoaster, two high-speed go-kart tracks and two challenging 18-hole miniature golf courses.
