Very unhappy. Reserved for my son and his wife ahead of time but due to Syria he was called back to the field during the time he thought he would be available for a vacation. As soon as I found out, more than a month before it was reserved, almost 2 months I notified James McDaniel who manages these cabins. He refused to give my money back citing a policy on return. It can be found under the DOG POLICY on his site.... hidden. However I read my receipt and nothing mentioned nor did it reveal itself during checkout. Guess if I had a dog I would have read that section and not reserved so far in advance...alas no dog. I called the number after numerous emails and an older woman answered, his wife, it's their home number. She was personally nasty to me when I explained the situation. These people are horrible and should exit any SERVICE based industry. So if they decide your dirty or say that wasn't damaged...will they charge your card. DO NOT GIVE THEM "YOUR: DEBIT #'s. They do what they want and are hostile if you dare ask for reasonable treatment. BEWARE!!!!!

My family has been going to sundown cabins rentals for several years. We made Christmas week down there a family tradition. We have dealt with James and his wife all these years and they are fabulous. We would highly recommend them we just love them and their hospitality they give us while we are down there. We will be going down there for a very long time. Thanks Mr. & Mrs McDaniel for opening your arms and making our tradition a memorable one......
