Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this property lies on over nine acres and is one of the few properties that remain from the Oklahoma Territorial years. Included on the property is an original Queen Anne farmhouse, a bungalow farmhouse, an exhibit barn, a 1897 schoolhouse, and a 1904 dairy barn.
