Hope people enjoy flying into one of the worst airports on the continent. My family visited from Berlin, Germany, recently; they were stopped from boarding their scheduled flight due to a supposed booking error, then had to repack their luggage. Booking staff tried to assist in a rude manner, when a co-worker stopped by and fixed the problem. Oops! You missed your plane, we can not possibly check your luggage in thirty minutes. On day two, after being detained from flying the day before;they arrived ninety minutes early for their new flight, waited over thirty minutes for the counter to open so they were not accused of being late, and were charged for an extra bag. Seventy dollars. Four people and four bags, what part of that is extra? So here is your extra large fat ZERO! P.S. Don't fly into or out from North Bend Municipal Airport when your from another country.
