Owned and operated by the Biglerville Historical and Preservation Society, the National Apple Museum is housed in a restored pre-Civil War bank barn. Open on Saturdays and Sundays May through October, the National Apple Museum's mission is to preserve and exhibit the history and artifacts regarding the apple and fruit industry in Adams County. Collections and exhibits, including farming implements, early orchard photographs and a recreated 1880's farm kitchen and a general store can be found here.
