Located next to the James Gettys Hotel, on the site of one of the earliest houses in Gettysburg; the Blue Parrot Bistro continues the tradition that began with Mrs. Schwartz's Oyster Parlor in 1850. Eclectic furnishings and an ever-changing selection of artwork by local artists complete this dining establishment. Dinner menu items include baked brie, crab bisque, smoked salmon, steamed clams, sandwiches, burgers, filet mignon, pasta, and sautéed crab cakes.
