Within a few blocks of the Johnstown Flood Museum, ride the world's steepest inclined plane railway and get a panoramic view of Johnstown. Built in 1890, as a direct result of the 1889 Johnstown flood so workers could live in the new suburb of Westmont, the Incline runs every 15 minutes carrying passengers and cars.
