To the fabulous staff at McCullough House:
My mother, Emily Just, spent the last year of her life in her own lovely room at McCullough House. The day before she died, with many staff members surrounding her, she said, "This is the best year ever." Everyone was so kind, so carng, so wonderful to her. I cannot thank all of you enough for the beautiful way you cared for my mother! Thanks from my heart. Christina Just Barchak

I recently visited my mother at McCullough House. She is a new resident having moved in between Christmas and New Years. I was thrilled to see the lovely facility but more importantly I was impressed by the caring and attentive staff. My mother left her home where she lived independently until September 1, 2010. She was hospitalized with a serious illness and moved in and out of the hospital and to and from a nursing care facility for the past four months. Due to my brother's caring persistence in locating an appropriate setting for our mother, McCullough House was visited and ultimateley selected. I spent six days watching my mother gradually and cautiously become acclimated to McCullough House. The day I left she cried a little at the thought of me leaving then quickly said, don't worry about me because they treat me very well here and the food is great. She then wheeled herself into the activity room without any prompts, said good by honey and joined the others who were making decorations.

Thank you staff of McCullough House for providing my mother with such a warm welcome. She is very happy and that makes me happy.
