website

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 18th century Pennsylvania German farmstead near the intersection of Routes 73 and 363 is where George Washington planned the Battle of Germantown during the fall of 1777. Furnished with period antiques and unique wall decorations, the Georgian-style stone house is surrounded by more than 90 acres that are managed as an 18th century working farmstead. A reconstructed barn housing farm animals, gardens, orchards, and fields are all as they would have been during this period.
