The Kutztown Area Historical Society collects and preserves, in a museum environment, photographs and artifacts that are relevant to the history of the greater Kutztown area. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the society’s museum and offices are housed in a restored 1892 public school building. Many historical publications can be found in the non-circulating library.
