Named after an actual tobacco inspector from the late 1800's, John J. Jeffries is housed in an old tobacco warehouse. John J. Jeffries prepares seasonal menu items using meats that are raised locally, confinement-free on fresh green grass pastures, local organic or chemical free produce, and local grass fed cream, butter and eggs. Even John J. Jeffries' coffee is organic fair trade and locally roasted in small batches.
