Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Bourse is one of Philadelphia’s leading commercial complexes. The first commodities exchange in the United States and one of the first steel-framed buildings to be constructed, the circa 1895, Philadelphia Bourse Building houses 27 retail and food service stores and more than 35 businesses. These include Cafe Bravo, Vivianna Jewelry, a Ritz Movie Theatre, Bourse Cleaners, Sbarro, Philly`s Gourmet Cafe, and Grand Old Cheesesteak.
