Battery & White Point Gardens
East Battery and Murray Boulevard
Charleston, SC 29401
Offering fantastic views of Fort Sumter and Charleston Harbor, this historic landmark was the site of pirate Stede Bonnet's hanging in the 1720s before it was used as a public garden in 1837. It was also a fortification during the Civil War.
