One of 15 homes belonging to the 55 signers of the U.S. Constitution to survive and the only one accommodating overnight hotel guests, the restored John Rutledge House Inn features elaborately carved Italian marble fireplaces, original plaster moldings, inlaid floors and graceful ironwork. Situated among the original grand residence and two carriage houses, this Select Registry property offers 19 guest rooms and spacious suites, filled with antiques and historically accurate reproductions. Some have working fireplaces and jetted tubs.
