Centering on Columbia's original waterworks and hydroelectric plant, the world’s first electrically operated textile mill; this 167-acre park features a jogging and walking trail, as well as picnic tables and benches. You can learn about the history of the Columbia canal while walking through one of the old pump houses at the park or enjoy running, bicycling, and fishing activities.
