Pleasantly blending several architectural styles, this anachronistic stone castle is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is comprised in part of stones gathered from the old Vardy McBee grist mill that can be dated back to 1776. Prominent features of the mansion include a grand, sweeping mahogany staircase, Waterford crystal chandeliers, rich cherry woodwork, mahogany covered walls, and Italian tiles.
