Greg Norman's only signature restaurant, this is one of the finest restaurants on the Strand with features including an open-air kitchen and the Shark Pub. An extensive menu of rustic Mediterranean cuisine, as well as wood grilled classic and authentic Australian fare is complemented by an extensive wine list. Live entertainment is provided in the pub every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. They are open nightly for dinner and open Tuesday through Saturday for lunch.
