wife and i had reservation from 4/28/11 thru 5/3/11. stayed one night. first room was on 2nd floor. thought odor was bad when we exited elevator. room had hair on floor in bathroom, urine on toilet and no hot water. moved to 5th floor. didn't realize how nice the 2nd floor odor was until we walked out of the elevator on the 5th floor. was put in room with weak wireless internet signal and still no hot water. i was a holiday inn express fan at one time but the last few stays have not met expectations.
