This Duke Power visitor center aids understanding of nuclear energy through video games, displays, and films plus offers a free, self guided, high-tech tour through the world of nuclear power. Plant tours are available with advance reservations and a nature trail is also located on site.

Please note they are only open on weekends. Also you must be placed on a List in order to be let into the secure facility. This can be done quickly "if" some one at Duke power will actully pick up the phone. Good luck- you might need it!
