I recommend never going to Spirit Horse Escape! My family and I went on a one hour horse ride, but unfortunately it was cut to 40 minutes due to rain. Before going out, I said to Linda, the proprietor - "what happens if we get rained on". She replied, "I gaurantee you won't get rained on". Well we did, and after we retured I called Linda to ask about their policy on rain checks or possible partial refund - her response was immediately hostile and unprofessional saying they thought 40 minutes was the same! Had she simply explained their policy or been halfway accomidating I would have a different experience to report because our guide was wonderful - but it was completely spoiled by Linda.
