Housed in the refurbished 1901 Black Hills Fort Pierre Railroad Roundhouse in the northern Black Hills, the Roundhouse Restaurant offers an "elegant, Victorian-style, vintage dining experience." Though the menu at the Roundhouse changes frequently, examples of selections include lemon shrimp ravioli, beef tenderloin with mushroom cream sauce, salmon fettuccini, beef wellington, ribeye, and cherry stuffed pork loin.
