After we ordered, we heard someone ask if they had jambalaya and they said it was the special of the day. However, it was not on the menu. The closest thing to New Orleans on this menu was the Zapp's potato chips which are made in Lousiana (however, are basically just crunchy chips). THe menu basically consisted of a variety of sandwiches and salads that came with "cajun honey mustard" which is code for honey mustard.
The staff was friendly. The food wasn't bad. Just don't expect cajun food. My advice is, add some jambalaya and gumbo as a staple. Maybe bring in some Po-boys. And please have some type of crawfish on the menu!
