The Greeneville Hiking Club was founded in 1984 to organize day hikes and overnight backpacking trips in Greene County, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and many other areas. Their business meetings are held quarterly usually at 7:00 p.m. at the Greeneville Light and Power Building.
