Rice Grist Mill is located in Norris Dam State Park. Visitors will learn of the intriging history of this 18th century mill which still operates as a corn mill in the summers. The park offers tours, and picnics are welcome on the grounds.

Has there ever been any discussion on apparitions showing up in photographs taken of the mill? My wife took a picture this past Friday 9/24/10 and a whiff of smoke appears in the open doorway downstairs. She took two pictures of me standing in the door and nothing shows up in them. We did not notice this odd appaearance until later that night while looking at the pictures on the camera.
