We went to the Buffalo Grille for lunsh today arriving about noon. Our waitress showed up, took our drink order. She then dissappeared ( my husband could see her in the kitchen on her cell phone) for 20 minutes. We asked another waitress to get her for us so we could place our order. She then told us that she was busy and didn't have time to take our order, that it would be 10 more minutes or so before she could even get our order. She had just sat our drinks down, so we told her we were on our lunch hour and we couldn't wait that long to eat. She then demanded that we had to pay for our drinks before we left which we hadn't even drank out of yet. I asked to see the manager. She left for maybe 30 seconds, came back and said the manager didn't have time to see us and that we didn't have to pay for our drinks. I was soooo offended, never in my life have I been treated so badly. Here's the sad part, they didn't look busy at all. I used to work in the field and the response of " the manager is too busy to talk to you" is NEVER acceptable. There is nothing management could say or do to get me back in there after that ordeal. We then went to Burger King where we received MUCH BETTER SERVICE.

i've eaten there a couple times a week for the past few years and not only have i always had good service but i love the food and atmosphere. granted the ladies there do seem to work hard, they've never been less than friendly or apologetic on the rare occasion they do seem very busy. perhaps you should consider not sitting down at a full service restaurant if you have a short lunch break. i assure you GOOD food takes a little longer to cook than the stuff you could get at any chain restaurant. i would recommend having a dinner there when u have time to enjoy the difference in a place like Buffalo Grille. otherwise good riddance, it's not for you.
