On Apr 9 2010 contracted with Sunset Cottage to rent cabin named River Cabin. We have stayed there numerous times over the past seven or eight years.We reserved the dates of 9/18/2010 to 9/25/2010 with deposit of 386.73. On the 3rd or 4th of sept I was checking my reservation on the company web site when I noticed that some of the dates that I had reserved were listed as available.I called the company to check and found out the company had moved our reservation from the cabin that we normaly stay at to one of less desirability with lots of road traffic. THe company was going to just let us show up in two weeks and have to stay at this other cabin with out any notification at all. Our anniverary/vaction has been ruined.The company had rented our cabin to others even though they were maintaing our deposit in their escrow account. I told them that we had rented it first but all they offered was an upgrade or a refund. which i refused.They told me that they were going to refund anyways.

Thanks for the info..I want even look at their cabins..With so many rentals in Piegon Forge one can be picky..
