Anything beyond the scope of what we can accomplish at a housecall is referred to the closest recommended full-service hospital, specialist center, or emergency care facility. Referral cases include those that need:
Intensive care
Additional diagnostics
Radiologic evaluation
Surgical services
This service is primarily designed for two types of clients:
Clients unable to bring their pet into a hospital such as geriatric or handicapped clients or busy owners that are unable to clear their schedule to bring in their pet
Pets that would experience less stress in a housecall environment such as nervous or difficult to transport pets that may be more calm in their own home environment, geriatric patients that are difficult to load in and out of a vehicle, or hospice and end of life situations where everyone can feel free to grieve freely.
