Benihana features Asian cuisine that is "not only cooked" but "choreographed." The meals are prepared in view of the patrons by chefs who are as highly trained in the "entertainment" aspect of presentation and preparation as they are in the culinary arts. Steak, chicken, seafood, vegetables and more are prepared on a hibachi table, in traditional Japanese style. Although not required, reservations are, however, recommended.
