Great horses! Well behaved and they actually listened to us without having to constantly kick them or pull back hard to stop them. The trails were awesome and we especially liked the opportunitys to get off and stretch whenever we wanted to or to stop to take pictures. A totally laid back, great trail ride with good conversation, lots of history and incredible views. We were given the time to meet and get to know our horses before we left the corrals and we also were shown the proper way to ride them. That all took about 45 minutes and we were not charged for all the extra instruction that we received. A really great value. Our total cost for the ride was given at the time of our booking and we weren't surprised with any extra charges or forced to pay for a gratuity up front. By the way, we gave the guides a substantial tip because they deserved it. We recommend this place above all others that we've tried in this area. Their rates are the most reasonable that we found, the horses are healthy and well trained, the saddles are very comfortable, the trails kept our interest with their ever changing scenery and the guides went that extra mile to make our experience the best ever.
