Educational campus tours by student guides are offered to learn about the history and traditions of Texas A&M University, Texas’ first public institution of higher learning. It has been listed as a top 20 public university by “U.S. News & World Report” in its “America’s Best Colleges.” A variety of historical markers, interestingly designed buildings, and sports facilities are on site and included in the tour. It is also home to the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum.
