The Preston Road location sits in the middle of 30 lushly-landscaped acres with a heated outdoor pool and cushioned one mile running track that winds its way around a park-like setting. The 75,000 sq. ft. Craig Ranch Center features an amazing three story glass wall, Olympic pool, Kinesis studio and demo kitchen where you’ll learn how to prepare healthy, appetizing meals. Special-interest classes abound at both locations and each Center features a luxurious Spa conveniently adjacent to the Fitness facility.
